Mental health patients and families share aspirations for change

On May 8, the Waikato District Health Board hosted one of a series of community meetings to hear ideas and feedback about how to better help those experiencing mental health or addiction issues.

Those who spoke included former and current patients, as well as loved ones of those with a mental illness.

Waikato Times journalist Aaron Leaman was present and wrote this article for Stuff.
